Advisory // Engagement Models

Strategic product leadership for the decisions that shape your business.

Whether you need an embedded CPO, board-level roadmap governance, or a focused commercial sprint, I help teams uncover real demand and build what actually drives traction.

01 / 6–12 month executive retainer

Fractional Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Embedded executive leadership connecting product strategy directly to revenue, commercial traction, and delivery.

  • Product strategy aligned to commercial objectives
  • Cross-functional alignment across product, technology, and revenue teams
  • Disciplined discovery-to-delivery governance
  • Senior talent coaching and capability building

02 / Non-executive & strategic advisory

Commercial Roadmap Governance & Board Advisory

Equipping founders, leadership teams, and boards to validate genuine market demand, govern roadmap trade-offs, and make sure engineering effort goes only into what drives commercial traction.

  • Commercial demand validation: testing real customer problems and willingness to pay before committing capital, so decisions rest on evidence rather than intuition.
  • Roadmap governance and feature prioritisation: clear frameworks so engineering builds what moves the commercial needle, not a growing backlog.
  • Systems thinking and product mindset: moving teams from reactive feature delivery to outcome-led product practice.
  • Executive coaching and mentoring: helping founders and emerging product leaders sharpen commercial judgement and make tough calls with confidence.

03 / 6-week intensive

Commercial Validation Sprint

A focused discovery sprint validating market demand, feasibility, and unit economics before committing major engineering or capital investment.

  • Rapid demand testing and problem-solution fit
  • Feasibility, regulatory, and delivery risk review
  • Clear go / pivot / stop recommendation
